1. Product Identity
Emiko is a web-based health and fitness application designed for people who need low-friction, private workouts. The system combines on-device movement tracking with a live calorie-balance model so users can keep progress visible without complex planning.
2. AI Movement Tracking
- Uses camera-based pose estimation to count reps and evaluate movement quality in real time.
- Shows silent on-screen feedback such as form prompts and rep validity cues.
- Incomplete or low-quality movement can be filtered from successful rep counts.
3. Caloric Debt Engine
- Computes net balance from calories consumed minus calories burned.
- When net intake is above plan, the system can construct a short payback session.
- Targets practical recovery by assigning realistic session sizes for available time.
4. Diet Intelligence Pipeline
- Classifies natural-language meal entries.
- Applies context weighting for home, restaurant, and takeout scenarios.
- Uses structured ingredient decomposition and database-backed estimations.
5. Privacy and Data Architecture
- Camera processing is performed client-side on the user device.
- Video is not uploaded or stored as part of normal operation.
- Workout logs and text-based records may be synced for product continuity features.
6. Known Limits
- Pose-estimation quality depends on lighting, camera angle, and occlusion.
- Calorie values are estimates and should not be interpreted as medical measurements.
